I have been waiting for immediate support for three weeks! I bought your plugin but, every time you upgrade it all goes to hell!
Now I have been waiting for support for more than three weeks but, nothing .. you just ask me for money by sending me one of your collaborators for the installation .. Not because I don't want to pay but, the time I did this they sent me to hell with mine vps is tempted to steal money from my account and if you allow it I DON'T want to give any kind of information to your collaborators anymore ..
Furthermore, if you sell a product you have to give it working with detailed installation instructions, (why don't you make a video like everyone else ????) and honestly the instructions you give are not conclusive.
I reinstalled everything but, now the news is that I have to ask for an installation program which asks me for a database in mongo db why ?? if i can use my databases ?? is it absolutely necessary?
I am tired of waiting and I HAVE to solve the problem as soon as possible because as you can see from the photo after 5 minutes it sends me to hell the whole site ..
I only enjoyed your plugin for a month.
Can we find a solution ????????????
