PWA Call and Realtime chat not work

Hello Dear, I face some problem after install.

1/ Server is online and Plugin is Working only for realtime chat but call is not working. Call is ringing but not connecting after clicking the answer button.some time connecting and some time not connect. If I cancel the call then it shows – User is Busy.

2/ On PWA – Realtime Chat is not working, call is not working but if I reload the page then it shows only the messeges. Realtime is not working and call is not working.

Please help to solve this, my developer team is waiting for your response. Ticket ID – DUJ-6LE-NG8D

bless5 Hello, are you sure the media server is UP on port 39998 ?? and ports for TURN server are opened in your firewall.
