Latest Messenger Update 5 OCT & Wowonder Mobile Web Issues

I'm not sure what was updated on October 5th, but whatever was done on the back end has created an issue with my users accessing the Messenger on Mobile Web. PWA won't load up Messages. Within Wowonder Mobile Web same issue of not loading up messages. Desktop is the only thing that works.

since 2-3 month our problem not solve the ticket support is very slow responding after long time then next reply not see there is no way we must complain here
